We currently ship to:

  • Domestic (within the U.S.)

  • International – Select countries only. Shipping fees and times may vary.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Estimated Shipping Times

Domestic (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on customs, location, and courier delays.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount (see banner or promotions).


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can also track your order anytime using the Track Order link on our website.


Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management

  • Contact the shipping carrier

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
